Regular activity has a number of proven, positive health effects, especially on heart health. Vigorous exercise strengthens the heart as a pump, making it a larger, more efficient muscle. Even moderate activity can boost HDL ('good') cholesterol, aid the circulatory system, and lower blood pressure and blood fats. All these effects translate into reduced risk for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.

Exercise can offer other benefits, including strengthened muscles, increased flexibility, and stronger bones, which can help decrease your risk for osteoporosis (a thinning/weakening of the bones).

We offer 16 pieces of cardio equipment, including:

  • 1 Arm Bike

Strength Training Equipment

Our Fitness Center offers various machines to help get you get that body you've always wanted! From free weights to machines, our Fitness Center has much to choose from. These machines will get explained to you when you initially join so that you fully understand how to safely and effectively use the equipment.

Free Weight Room

Effective January 2013, we have arranged a room for those who are specifically looking for a space for weight training. This room includes bench/squat racks, a preacher curl, a hip sled, dumbbells, and various other strength training pieces!

Aerobics

Aerobics classes are included for FREE when you become a Fitness Center member. We offer a variety of classes which change periodically. Check out our schedule at the facility or our Facebook page for the most up-to-date class list.
